Taylor and Rob's Wedding- Five Bridge Inn, Rehoboth MA
Rob and Taylor’s wedding at Five Bridge Inn in Rehoboth, MA, was absolutely beautiful. After hanging out with them during their engagement session at Roger Williams Botanical Gardens, I had a feeling their wedding day would be just as amazing as the two of them!
The morning started off with Taylor and her bridal party getting ready. Rob was ready to see Taylor, but Taylor had a little surprise for him… she sent an alpaca to greet him instead of herself.
I’m pretty sure Rob was thinking, “What the heck is going on?” when the alpaca showed up instead of Taylor, but if you know Taylor, you know her sense of humor is spot on with Rob’s, so it was the perfect prank. The whole thing had everyone laughing, and when Taylor finally came out, Rob’s face said it all. It was worth the wait!
Because Rob and Taylor had their first look photos in the morning, we were able to take some extra time before the ceremony for bridal party photos. Rob and Taylor’s bridal party was a blast… everyone was down for a little fun, which made for some awesome shots. There were plenty of laughs, goofy moments, and all around good vibes. It was the perfect way to capture the energy they share with their friends.
Their ceremony was gorgeous, with vows that had everyone feeling emotional. It was clear that these two are made for each other.
I’ll be honest, it was one of the hottest days of the summer during Rob and Taylor’s wedding. We took their photos before the ceremony as well so we could save time. We took a few breaks in between to cool down… and make sure everyone looked as best as they could before the ceremony. (Because let’s be real… I get it, no one wants to sweat that much before their ceremony).
Back when I took their engagement photos, I remember that I told Taylor and Rob, “Oh, this is going to be easy, you guys really love each other.” And I was so right. While photographing them, I gave them a few prompts, but honestly, I didn’t need to do much. You can just see the love they have for each other in every shot. As a photographer, they were the dream clients. It made my job so easy and so much fun!
The reception took place in the beautiful new large barn at Five Bridge Inn, and let me just say… it was absolutely gorgeous. The barn’s open, airy space was perfect for the celebration. With its high ceilings, two floors for plenty of space, and rustic but stylish charm, it created such a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. The whole room looked incredible, with the decor and florals along with the lighting tying everything together beautifully. It was the perfect backdrop for a night full of laughter, dancing, and celebrating Rob and Taylor.
The details during their day were amazing!… Taylor’s hair and makeup were by Fringe Hair Studio and Danielle Perry Beauty and the flowers by Brittany’s Floral Design were just perfect.
We can’t forget the food from Cask & Pig… it was delicious. As for entertainment, DJ Gary Ahearn from Otium Entertainment kept everyone dancing all night long, and the photobooth was perfect. For dessert, they went with PVDonuts… because let’s be real, who doesn’t love Providence Donuts?
Rob and Taylor’s wedding was a perfect reflection of them… fun, real, and full of love. I’m so grateful I got to be a part of it, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for these two. Thank you so much for letting me be a part of your story. I feel so blessed to photograph you two!
Last but not least, I want to thank my amazing second photographer Cori for being apart of this day, and providing such beautiful images! I’d also like to thank Ez video productions for being a great team to work with!
